This classic wide-brimmed boater is one of our bestselling straw styles. Crafted from 100% natural wheat straw, this structured hat will keep you cool and stylish throughout summer, providing maximum sun protection thanks to its perfectly wide brim. Trimmed with a black bow detail grosgrain ribbon, the brim measures 11 cm / 4.35".

If the hat becomes bent out of shape, you can easily restore it to its original condition. Simply steam the hat, work with your hands, and lay it flat to dry. The felt material has been treated with a stiffening agent, and the steaming process will reactivate this, allowing the hat to regain its shape.

A size guide is available, with options ranging from Small (55 cm), Medium (57 cm), to Large (59 cm). Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of these hats, the straw color and brim width may vary slightly from piece to piece, giving each one its own unique character.

For care, spot or specialist cleaning is recommended. These hats are imported, and each one is individually handcrafted by artisans.

If your hat becomes bent out of shape, you can easily reshape it using steam. The steam can be from a garment steamer (preferable) or an iron (using the steaming function). To flatten the brim, simply steam the under-brim of your hat and let it lay on a flat surface overnight or until dry. You can then also steam the top side of the brim and let it sit flat for a further period of time.

To fix a dent in the crown, apply steam and use your hands to mould it into the desired shape, then let dry. The felt that the hat is made from has been treated with a stiffening agent, and once this agent is reactivated by the steaming process, the hat will regain its original state and shape.
